There will be a non-mandatory prebid meeting and site visit on March 27, 2025. In order to participate in the non-mandatory prebid meeting, contractors and interested parties must RSVP with the Consulting Representative, Sarah Mathews, at smathews@mknassociates.us, by March 25, 2025. Bidders will have the opportunity to view the project site and ask questions regarding the local conditions, potential construction difficulties and restrictions related to the performance of the Work under the Contract.

Sealed bids are accepted by US Postal Service (mailed) or similar service (FedEx, UPS, etc), or by hand delivery. All sealed bids shall be mailed/delivered to the City Clerk's office, 970 Ventura St., Santa Paula, California 93060, by 3:30 p.m. on Friday, April 11, 2025. Bids shall not be accepted after that time. Please ensure that the project title is clearly indicated on the sealed bid for proper identification.
