Description

The City is seeking bids from qualified Proposers to provide two dual-port, Level 2 public EV charging stations inclusive of site planning, design, installation, operation, maintenance (both hardware and software) and data reporting to the City to ensure the City is progressing its EV environmental sustainability goals. The selected Proposer will, ideally, own, operate and maintain the charging station and associated equipment and infrastructure for a term of no less than five (5) years, after which the City maintains the right to explore its options; the City is willing, however, to considering alternative initial and/or contact extension terms in the interest of increasing the financial viability of proposed projects for Proposers.

One (1) original, two (2) hard copies, and one searchable PDF file less than 10 mb in size on a USB drive of the proposal shall be submitted to the following address:
City of Santa Paula, City Clerk's Office, 970 E. Ventura Street, Santa Paula, CA 93060. A proposal may be amended only if the City receives such amendment before the deadline stated herein for receiving proposals.
Before submitting a proposal, each Proposer shall make all investigations and examinations necessary to ascertain all conditions and requirements affecting the full performance of the contract and to verify any representations made by the City upon which the Proposer will rely.
