Sweetwater Authority (Authority) is seeking a consultant to install eight (8) EV charging stations at two of the Authority’s facilities; four (4) at our Operations Center located at 744 F Street, Chula Vista, CA 91910, and four (4) at the Robert A. Perdue Water Treatment Plant located at 100 Lakeview Avenue, Spring Valley, CA 91977. All underground conduits and infrastructure will be installed by SDG&E prior to the installation of the charging stations.

The Authority encourages participation by local, small, and/or disadvantaged businesses.

Proposals in response to this RFP are due via email to Aaron Elwood, Distribution Manager, at aelwood@sweetwater.org, by 5:00 p.m. on April 17, 2024. Proposals submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

Provide one (1) electronic copy of the proposal and one (1) electronic copy of the proposed costs in PDF. The PDF electronic copies of the proposal and costs shall be submitted by email to the attention of Aaron Elwood at aelwood@sweetwater.org. If the file(s) containing the proposal and costs are larger than 10 megabytes, send Mr. Elwood an email no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 12, 2024, requesting a secure file transfer invitation using the Authority’s secure file transfer system “Send-It”.
