The Project generally consists of providing necessary labor, equipment, and materials for the removal of existing striping and markings, application of chip seal and fog seal, and replacing thermoplastic striping on various streets within the Town of Apple Valley as specified in the Technical Specifications and as directed by the Town Engineer. Work on the Project shall be completed within 40 working days. Segments noted as School Frontage shall be completed during the week of October 7th. The anticipated award date is August 13, 2024. A Notice of Award will be issued on August 14th. The Town anticipates work beginning no later than September 3, 2024.

The Town of Apple Valley (“Town”) will receive sealed bids for the Chip Seal 2024 (“Project”) at the office of the Town Clerk no later than July 25, 2024, at 10:00 AM, at which time or thereafter bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) Working Days after the bid opening date.
