The Town of Apple Valley (“Town”) will receive sealed bids for the Double Modular Demolition Project (“Project”) at the office of the Town Clerk no later than July 25, 2024 at 2:00 PM, at which time or thereafter bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) Working Days after the bid opening date.
