The Project generally consists of all labor, equipment, and materials to crane a new 14’X54’ Modular Kennel to an existing concrete pad, hookup all electrical, to include HVAC, and water per the manufacturer’s drawings and specifications incorporated into this solicitation. The modular building is scheduled to be delivered on July 12, 2024 and shall be craned into place upon arrival. Work on the utility hookup portion shall be completed within 15 working days after the structure in in place. Contractor shall be responsible for all coordination with utility companies. The anticipated award date is June 25, 2024. The project location is 22131 Powhatan Rd, Apple Valley, CA 92308

The Town of Apple Valley (“Town”) will receive sealed bids for the Modular Kennel Craning and Utility Connection (“Project”) at the office of the Town Clerk no later than June 11, 2024, at 10:00 AM, at which time or thereafter bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) Working Days after the bid opening date. The bid opening location is 14955 Dale Evans Parkway, Apple Valley, CA 92307.
REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION: All requests for information (RFI) must be submitted in writing and received no later than June 4, 2024 at 1:00 PM. Questions can be sent by email with the subject Modula Kennel Craning and Utility Connection to rberger@applevalley.org
