Submittals shall comply with all conditions, requirements and specifications contained herein. Any material departure constituting sufficient cause for rejection of the Proposal shall be at the Town’s sole discretion. All costs incurred in the preparation and presentation of this submittal shall be borne solely by the Contractor. All submittals received shall become the property of the Town and will not be returned. Faxed submittals will not be accepted.
Contractors shall provide five (5) physical copies or an electronic (PDF) copy via email of their proposal by the submittal deadline. Electronic copies can be emailed to dasmith@applevalley.org. Hard copy proposals shall be delivered no later than the submittal deadline to:

If the Contractor is in doubt as to the meaning of any part of this RFP or finds discrepancies or omissions, the Contractor shall submit to the Town a written request for information or clarification prior to February 28, 2024, at 1:00 PM. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to the attention of Danielle Smith, either in hard copy or via email at: dasmith@applevalley.org. No information will be provided in person or over the phone. Contractors are prohibited from contacting members of the Town Council or staff regarding this submittal. Failure to adhere to this provision shall be cause for disqualification from this process.
It is the Contractor's responsibility alone to ensure that the Proposal is received by the Town prior to the hour and date noted in this RFP. Any submittals received after that hour and date shall be returned unopened.
IMPORTANT SITE INFORMATION: Sycamore Rocks Park location is property of Apple Valley Unified School District. The Contractor is responsible for notifying and receiving approval from the school site prior to entering.
