The Project generally consists of providing the necessary labor, equipment, and materials to sawcut and remove damaged asphalt and replace it with new hot mix asphalt on Dale Evans Parkway between SR18 and Waalew Road as specified in the Technical Specifications. Work on the Project shall be completed within 30 working days. The anticipated award date for this project is March 14, 2023. A Notice of Award will be issued on March 15, 2023.

The Town of Apple Valley (“Town”) will receive sealed bids for the Roadway Repair 2023-01 (“Project”) at the office of the Town Clerk no later than February 16, 2023, at 10:00 AM , at which time or thereafter bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) Working Days after the bid opening date.
