The Project generally consists of providing the necessary labor, equipment, and materials to sawcut and remove damaged asphalt and replace it with new hot mix asphalt on local roads as specified in the Technical Specifications. Work on the Project shall be completed within 50 working days. The anticipated award date for this project is February 27, 2024. A Notice of Award will be issued on February 28, 2024. Work shall begin within 10 days after the Notice of Award unless otherwise coordinated with the Town.

The Town of Apple Valley (“Town”) will receive sealed bids for the Roadway Repair 2024-01 (“Project”) at the office of the Town Clerk located at 14955 Dale Evans Parkway, Apple Valley, CA 92307 no later than February 6, 2024, at 10:00 AM, at which time or thereafter bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) Working Days after the bid opening date.
