Description of Work: The Project generally consists of providing the necessary labor, equipment and materials for roadway reconstruction and concrete improvements on Powhatan Road and Rancherias Road. This includes grading, pavement reconstruction, concrete improvements, utility adjustment, asphalt concrete paving, signing and striping. The anticipated award date is July 23, 2024, and work on the Project shall be completed within 50 Working Days.

The Town of Apple Valley (“Town”) will receive sealed bids for the Yucca Loma Elementary Safe Routes to School (“Project”) at the office of the Town Clerk no later than July 9, 2024, at 10:00 AM, at which time or thereafter bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) Working Days after the bid opening date.
