Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this solicitation is to provide qualified vendors with sufficient information regarding the District’s needs in order to adequately prepare and submit a proposal to provide for Custodial Services for: 

• Discovery Canyon Elementary School, 1810 Northgate Blvd., Colorado Springs 80921 • Chinook Trail Elementary School, 11795 Grand Lawn Circle, Colorado Springs, 80924 • The da Vinci Academy, 1335 Bridle Oak Drive, Colorado Springs 80921 • School in the Woods, 12002 Vollmer Road, Colorado Springs 80908 • Edith Wolford Elementary School, 13710 Black Forest Road, Colorado Springs 80908 

Proposals should submit pricing for each site separately. Each site proposal will be considered separately and may be awarded separately. Floor plans for each school are available upon request by email to jill.yellico@asd20.org.
