Summary of Specifications:
This work generally calls for the placement of approximately 160,246 square yards of a polymerized rapid setting emulsified asphalt and a cover of aggregate to those streets listed in the Bid Schedule, or as directed by the Project Manager, at various locations in Adams County. Work on this project may begin August 1, 2010 and end on November 1, 2010 respectively, at the discretion of the Project Manager.
