Summary of Specifications:
This work consists of a slurry seal coat pavement process. The slurry seal work generally calls for the placement of approximately 263,800 square yards of an emulsified asphalt slurry seal surface on existing roadway pavements at various locations in Adams County. Work for this project shall start on or later July 21, 2010 and shall be completed no later than September 20, 2010. The bidder is encouraged to review Section 106 PROJECT SPECIAL CONDITIONS prior to submittal of bid.
