Summary of Specifications:
This project consists of the construction of approximately 3000 linear feet of a new multi-use recreational trail between the 59th/Zuni intersection and the Clear Creek Trail, including a tunnel under the UPRR and a bridge across Clear Creek. The improvements will also include two large diameter drainage pipe bores under the UPRR and trail lighting. The project shall be completed within 365 (THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE) CALENDAR DAYS after Notice to Proceed. This project is a Federal Aid project. All work completed on the project will be performed in compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act. All workers employed on this project shall receive the minimum prevailing Davis-Bacon wage requirements. VIST THE COUNTY FTP SITE FOR ALL RELATED DOCUMENTS/NOT ALL FILES ARE ATTACHED IN BID NET/BID DOCUMENTS HAS INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ACCESS THE SITE/APPROXIMATELY 30 FILES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROJECT
