IFB-2014-378 - 2014.378 Brantner Gultch Repair Project

Summary of Specifications:
Adams County is requesting bids and complete cost of services from construction Contractors. It is envisioned that the Contractor will provide any required design services for the following items, if the Contractor deems necessary or otherwise required by law: 

„X Limited Design Concrete Slope and Ditch Paving „X Limited Survey to Support Design & Construction „X Construction Documents „X Construction Quantity Estimates 

This also includes all necessary services as specified in this Bid for the re-construction of the concrete liner of Brantner Gulch that was damaged in the September 2013 floods. Adams County owns and maintains Brantner Gulch which bisects the Knolls Golf Course and the Regional Park and Fairgrounds. This segment of Brantner Gulch is a concrete-lined ditch from Riverdale Road (just north of East 128th Avenue) to Park Boulevard (just north of Henderson Road). Brantner Gulch was compromised and the concrete lining the channel was damaged. The locations of the damaged areas are shown on Figure 2. The goal of the project is to reconstruct stable side slopes of the channel and reconstruct the concrete channel to pre-flood conditions.
