RFP-RZA-2022.556 - DETENTION FACILITY TABLETS

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for the procurement of a technically efficient integrated correctional-grade tablet (“tablet”) for an inmate tablet system. The tablet system must be designed to be fully integrated within the existing needs and capability of the present facilities in the inmate environment with minimal responsibility to Adams County Sheriff’s Office Staff. It must have the capability to be custom designed to serve the County’s facility needs insofar as they apply to such units as security staff, programs staff, and the like. It is encouraged to propose the most advanced technical design system to ensure quality, guard against fraud, and create on-site control to ensure resistance of physical abuse. Each Proposer (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”) must assume full responsibility for the procurement, installation, and performance of the complete tablet system and accept responsibility for and verify requirements at any individual station locations.
