Description

The Adams County Board of County Commissioners by and through its Purchasing Division of the Finance Department is accepting bids for GRAVEL CHIP SEAL.

This project is considered as a pilot test to understand the viability for treating rural unpaved roadways. The primary intent is to assess alternatives to conventional hot/warm mix or thermal setting pavements which may otherwise be cost prohibitive or logistically challenging.
