Adams County is soliciting proposals for planning services necessary to complete and submit the Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan update to the Colorado Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Management, FEMA, and any other required agencies, to continue to be eligible. for Hazard Mitigation Grants under Section 404 of the Federal Stafford Act.
The Adams County Office of Emergency Management is ultimately responsible for the final planning product and shall partner with a qualified consultant to prepare the updated plan to be submitted for FEMA approval on or before 12/15/2024.
The Response Format detailed below is intended to ensure consistency in format and content in the proposal prepared by the Consultant. The submittal must be clear and concise in the recommended format, and it should provide the County with an understanding of the Consultant’s ability to provide the requested services.
