Summary of Specifications:
The County currently does not have any software system to plan our preventative maintenance program and identify the cash-flow requirements of the road system. Approximately 60% of the roads in the County are paved roads with the remaining 40% being gravel roads. In order to maintain a consistent overview of road conditions in the County, the Public Works Department is soliciting a “solution” to provide the County with an automated data collection, analysis and management system to manage the pavement of paved and unpaved roads and streets and related assets. It is anticipated that this system will use current industry standards to evaluate and analyze pavement performance of County transportation infrastructure in order to arrive at a cost-effective solution in the repair and maintenance of transportation infrastructure.
