2017-052P24 - Facility Services Center Replacement

Adams State University, located in Alamosa, CO seeks architectural/engineering services for the design and construction of a new Facility Services Center Building to be located on its main campus.  This Facility Services Center Building will be the headquarters for administrative offices, work-shops, storage, and general warehouse for the following departments: Grounds, Structural Trades, Custodial, Motor Pool, Construction Management, and Locksmith.  A space needs analysis was completed as part of a recent Program Plan.  This Plan recommends a new facility approximately 34,000 sq. ft in size in order to meet identified program needs.  As part of this project, the existing Facility Services Building would be razed upon completion of the new facility.  

This project will be a Design/Bid/Build delivery method with approximately $25,000,000 available for hard construction costs.
