Description

Aims Community College intends to hire a qualified Contractor(s) to perform construction services for various building renovation projects at Aims Community College. Work may range in scale from ADA modifications to larger-scale office/building remodels. Aims reserves the right to award to multiple vendors, and assign projects based on Contractor expertise, scheduling, or pricing.
Aims estimate that the initial project term will be July 2021 through June 2022, with an option to renew up to four (4) additional one-year terms.
