ITB-04-32 - 2004 Roadway Rehabilitation Program

Summary of Specifications:
Arapahoe County (the “County”) is acting as agent for the City of Centennial for this project, which includes separate schedules and contracts for roadway rehabilitation within both the City of Centennial and unincorporated Arapahoe County. 

The work generally consists of pavement rehabilitation of suburban arterial, collector and residential roadways and includes asphalt patching, cold milling of existing pavements, crack sealing, overlays of varying thickness and complete pavement reconstruction. Schedules of the project include work on Dry Creek Road from S. Clarkson St. to the Littleton border, S. Quebec Street, from Caley Ave., to Euclid Ave., S. Dayton St., from Maplewood Ave. to Peakview Ave., E. Easter Avenue, from University Blvd. to S. Race St. and on various local roadways within the City of Centennial and urbanized portions of Arapahoe County.
