RFP-10-25 - 2010 Ballot Printing and Mailing

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Solicitation is to seek proposals from qualified vendors for the preparation and printing of paper ballots and preparation, printing and bulk mailing of mail ballot packets for the 2010 Primary Election and for the 2010 General Election per specifications and the schedule listed herein from a source(s) of supply that will give prompt and efficient service to the County. Printing includes all aspects of the ballot packet including the ballot, mail out and mail back envelopes, secrecy sleeves, voter instructions, etc. This must be done in compliance with Colorado State Law and the legally prescribed timelines and requirements for the bulk mailing of ballots.
