The purpose of this Solicitation is to procure services from a qualified firm to conduct either a phone or mail survey of Arapahoe County residents using topics and questions asked in 2014.
The results of the survey shall be reported in both graphical and table formats for both the entire population and the cross tabulations results by demographic and commissioner district characteristics. Survey results provided via a searchable web portal, as well as a pdf document is preferred.
