RFP-04-41 - Administration II Remodel

Summary of Specifications:
The remodel of the Administration II Building located at 7305 South Potomac Street, Centennial will be completed in two phases. The relocation and tenant finish of the Judicial Services (Phase 1) and the back fill of that vacated area by the District Attorney’s Office (Phase 2). 

The contractor is responsible for providing value engineering and costing estimates that benefit the project to be of highest quality and of the least amount of cost. The selected firm will serve as the General Contractor for the construction of the project. They will set a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) from the Design Development (DD) documents. 

Plans, Drawings and Specifications are available from The Facilities and Fleet Management Department, 5334 South Prince Street, Littleton, Colorado 80120. Plans are available $40.00 a set and are non-refundable. Checks are to be made payable to “Arapahoe County”.
