IFB-12-61 - Arapahoe County E-911 Dispatch Chairs

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Solicitation is to establish a contract for the purchase of 24-Hour Dispatch Chairs for Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP) and Emergency Operations Centers (EOC) in conjunction with the Arapahoe County E-911 Emergency Communication Service Authority's total needs. Although the successful Vendor(s) will be designated as the sole provider(s) of specific awarded items to the Arapahoe County E-911 Emergency Communication Service Authority during the effective period of the contract, it is hereby agreed and understood that the Vendor will be required to provide periodic shipments of items during various delivery cycles throughout the term of the contract as specified herein.
