24-52 - Arapahoe Plaza Perimeter Roof Coating Project

Purpose Statement: To repair and recoat perimeter roofs at Arapahoe Plaza. 1610 W Littleton Blvd, Littleton, CO 80120;1690 W Littleton Blvd, Littleton, CO 80120;1790 W Littleton Blvd, Littleton, CO 80120

Pre-solicitation meeting and walk-through is mandatory: A mandatory pre-solicitation meeting will be held 11/18/2024, at 11 AM at Arapahoe County Plaza,1610 W Littleton Blvd, Littleton, CO 80120 to discuss the Specifications and walk the space for the project. The meeting will be held in the Lynx Conference Room. Because contractors will have NO access to the space outside the pre-solicitation meeting, a representative of the Contractor must attend this mandatory meeting to qualify to respond to this solicitation. 

Contractors who fail to arrive at the meeting point prior to the scheduled starting time (our clock) shall be considered non‑responsive and ineligible for award. Please allow adequate time for this process and do not bring any weapons or contraband into the facility as you will not be allowed into the facility.
