The County will adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) social distancing guidelines and County approved policies which vary from time to time and may require that you bring a face covering to this meeting.
Contractors are advised to bring subcontractors who will be performing the work if awarded to the pre-solicitation meeting. However, due to social distancing guidelines the County requests that contractors limit their subcontractors attending this meeting to 2 additional attendees: Recommend 1 Mechanical tradesman and 1 Electrical tradesman- total of 3 per company.
To attend the pre-solicitation meeting, and to adhere to CDC social distancing guidelines, the County requests that your company RSVP by e-mailing the Purchasing Agent, Sarah Huerta, CPPB, shuerta@arapahoegov.com, by 4:30 p.m., local time, December 14, 2021. Please provide the following information:

* It is suggested to bring one (1) mechanical and one (1) electrical subcontractor to the walk through to review the existing conditions.
Contractors are advised that they will be required to pass through security to attend this meeting and should plan accordingly in relation to time and tools that they may bring with them.
Contractors who fail to arrive in the lobby beyond security prior to the scheduled starting time (our clock) shall be considered non‑responsive and ineligible for award.
