Description

Arapahoe County (the County) is seeking responses from qualified bidders to furnish inmate commissary services combined with an inmate kiosk system at the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office Detention Facility. The Contractor is required to fulfill the commissary service with an inmate accounting system that is kiosk based and is compatible with Arapahoe County computing standards. In addition to commissary order processing and funds tracking, the kiosk system will provide inmates the ability to enter and track requests (kites) and grievances.

PRE‑PROPOSAL CONFERENCE AND WALK-THROUGH IS RECOMMENDED: A recommended pre-proposal conference will be held on February 6, 2018 at 10:00am at the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office Detention Facility, 7375 South Potomac Street, Centennial, CO 80112, to discuss the Specifications. A representative of the Contractor is encouraged to attend this recommended pre-proposal conference and walk-thru in order to become familiar with the specifications.

This will be the ONLY opportunity to view the facility, as it is a secure facility. If you are attending this pre-proposal conference and walk-thru, please arrive on time. Those Contractors that are late for the tour will not have the opportunity to view the facility. Contractor shall take all necessary precautions with walking through secure facility, i.e., no tools, camera, cell phone, etc.
