Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Solicitation is to enter into a contract with a company to obtain commissary services for the Patrick J. Sullivan Jr. Detention Facility and to deploy an inmate kiosk system for use at the Patrick J. Sullivan, Jr. Detention Facility. The kiosk system will provide the ability to enter and track inmate information, communication, and transactions including commissary orders as specified herein from a source(s) of supply that will give prompt and efficient service to the County. The successful vendor will deploy a total of thirty-five (35) kiosks to include thirty-one (31) in the inmate dayrooms, two (2) in the detention facility lobbies, one (1) in the detention facility booking area, and one (1) in the Arapahoe County Courthouse located adjacent to the Patrick J. Sullivan, Jr. Detention Facility. Although this Solicitation specifies an exact number of kiosks for the initial deployment, it is understood and agreed that the County may, during the term of the contract, request additional kiosks from the successful vendor. This option, if exercised, is the prerogative of the County and shall be honored by the Vendor throughout the contract period. No guarantees are made that additional units will be requested.
