Event Note

A mandatory pre-solicitation meeting will be held Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. at the current ADWorks Suite B, 6964 S Lima, Centennial, CO 80112, to discuss the Specifications and walk the space for the project. The facility is on the east side of the Lima campus. County staff will provide access through the lobby. Because contractors will have NO access to the space outside the pre-solicitation meeting, a representative of the Contractor must attend this mandatory meeting to qualify to respond to this solicitation.

Contractors are advised to bring subcontractors to the pre-solicitation meeting who will be performing the work if awarded. There will be no other opportunity to walk the site, and contractors are prohibited from attempting to gain access for additional investigation by contacting County staff.

Contractors who fail to arrive at the meeting point prior to the scheduled starting time (our clock) shall be considered non‑responsive and ineligible for award.
