Arapahoe County desires to hire one or more expert consultants to assist County staff with strategies and advice on placing a tax initiative on the ballot should the Board of County Commissioners decide to do so. This assistance should include initial strategic planning, financial advisory assistance, technical assistance related to preparing the County for placing an initiative on the ballot, developing public communication strategies, public opinion research/polling, assistance with drafting ballot arguments/rebuttals, and overall general advisory services related to any potential future decision to place a tax initiative on the ballot.
