Description

Arapahoe County is seeking responses from qualified licensed and insured professional landscape contractor to assist with a turfgrass conversion located at the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds. Our objective is to enhance the functional areas within the Fairgrounds by introducing more water conservation plants that can be used for recreation. In leading by example, we aim to demonstrate water conservation at one of our flagship properties to inspire community-wide commitment for sustainable practices.
The purpose of this solicitation is to have a contractor assist with the turfgrass conversion project by preparing the soil and installing Tahoma 31 Bermudagrass on the southwest section of our Central Greens.
