Pre-solicitation meeting and walk-through is mandatory: A mandatory pre-solicitation meeting will be held July 30, 2024, at 1:00 pm at the Arapahoe CentrePoint Plaza, 14980 E. Alameda Dr., Aurora, Colorado 80012, in the Glendale Conference Room, to discuss the Specifications and walk the space for the project. Because contractors will have NO access to the space outside the pre-solicitation meeting, a representative of the Contractor must attend this mandatory meeting to qualify to respond to this solicitation.

Contractors are advised to bring subcontractors who will be performing the work if awarded to the pre-solicitation meeting.

Contractors who fail to arrive at the meeting point prior to the scheduled starting time (our clock) shall be considered non‑responsive and ineligible for award.
