Summary of Specifications:
The Open Space, Parks, and Trails Division of the Arapahoe County Public Works and Development Department (the County) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide landscape maintenance services as specified herein. Services to be performed at the following locations: 

Arapahoe County Community Park (Sports Park) – 57.70 acres Address: 7900 S. Potomac Street, Centennial, CO 80112 

Cherry Creek Valley Ecological Park - 75 acres, developed portion of park is 25 acres Address: 7500 S. Jasper Ct., Centennial, CO. 80112 

Cheyenne/Arapahoe Park - 2.5 acres Address: 9300 E. Iowa Ave., Denver, CO. 80247 

Welch Park - 3.66 acres 9015 E Jewell Circle, Denver, CO. 80231
