RFP-11-06 - Special Event Planner

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Solicitation is to contract with a Special Event Planner to provide planning services for Arapahoe County’s Kick-Off Dinner held prior to the Arapahoe County Fair which is held the third week in July as specified herein from a source(s) that will give prompt and efficient service to the County. Although this Solicitation specifies an exact event for the County, it is understood and agreed that the County may, during the term of the contract, request additional event planning from the successful Vendor. This option, if exercised, is the prerogative of the County and shall be honored by the Vendor throughout the contract period. No guarantees are made that additional event planning will be requested.
