Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Solicitation is to contract for services as specified herein from a source that will provide prompt and efficient service to the County in the rental of standard portable toilets, hand washing stations, standard grey water tanks, ADA restrooms, and/or shower units and for delivery to, and pick-up from, the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds. Re-stocking of supplies, emergency response within thirty (30) minutes, and daily cleaning of all units is required. Although this Solicitation specifies an exact location and date for the standard portable toilets, hand washing stations, standard grey water tanks, ADA restrooms, and/or shower units to be delivered to the County, it is understood and agreed that the County may, during the term of the contract, request additional rentals of standard portable toilets, hand washing stations, standard grey water tanks, ADA restrooms, and/or shower units from the successful Vendor. This option, if exercised, is the prerogative of the County and shall be honored by the Vendor throughout the contract period. No guarantees are made that additional units will be requested.
