IFB-10-26 - Voting Machine Moving Services

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Solicitation is to seek responses from qualified vendors that can provide Voting Machine Moving Services for the November 2, 2010 General Election as specified herein from a source(s) of supply that will give prompt and efficient service to the County. A qualified vendor is defined as a firm that has been engaged in the business of moving Voting Machines for Government Agencies for a minimum period of three (3) years prior to the date of this Solicitation. Although this Solicitation specifies an exact date for the Voting Machines to be moved for the County, it is understood and agreed that the County may, during the term of the contract, have additional situations where the County will need Voting Machine Moving Services provided by the successful Vendor. This option, if exercised, is the prerogative of the County and shall be honored by the Vendor throughout the contract period.
