Summary of Specifications:
The Arapahoe Library District (Library District) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified, reliable vendors to replace the existing natural gas fired boiler at the Koelbel Library, 5955 S. Holly Street, Centennial, Colorado 80121. The successful vendor will be responsible for removing and disposing of the existing boiler, providing the new boiler and all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, permits and services necessary to perform high quality work as further described in the Scope of Work.
