The Arapahoe Library District (Library District) is seeking proposals from qualified, reliable CMGC firms to assist with the entitlement process through the closeout of an approximately 20,000 SF mixed-use building adjacent to the current Eloise May Library 1471 S. Parker Rd., Denver, CO, 80231. The CMGC will assist the Library District with providing expertise and pricing exercises on the building and all associated site work.

Vendors/Candidates are invited to submit a proposal outlining their experience and qualifications in performing work directly related to the services outlined in this RFQ.

Event Note

A conference and site walk will be held at Eloise May Library, 1471 S. Parker Rd., Denver, CO, 80231, 1:30- 2:30 PM MT in conference rooms C&D. The meeting will provide potential vendors with an opportunity to tour the facilities, view the property and site, discuss the Library District requirements, discuss the specifications related to the project and ask questions about the RFQ. The overall general and local conditions of the sites and equipment may affect the cost and performance of the contract, therefore attendance at the meeting is mandatory.

All proposals must be emailed in PDF format to RFP@arapahoelibraries.org and no later than 5:00 p.m. MDT. Proposals submitted to Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing (Bidnet) will not be considered. Emails must state Eloise May Annex Project CM/GC RFQ in the subject line. The vendor’s name and contact information must appear in the body of the email. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that theirproposals are received prior to the deadline. Proposals received after the above date and time will be rejected.

Fee Proposal (Attachment B)
Please see the attached Fee Proposal. It is not to be filled out or submitted with this RFP/Q; however, shortlisted firms selected to interview will need to bring the fee proposal in a sealed envelope at the time of the interview.
