Description

The Arapahoe Library District (Library District) seeks proposals from qualified, reliable Owner’s Representatives (OR) to provide services related to new building construction in Arapahoe County, Colorado. Owner’s Representatives must be experienced in and able to provide the specific services outlined in the RFP. The shortlisted finalists will be required to participate in an interview. To ensure no conflicts of interest, the Owner’s Representative will be a party and/or firm independent of other vendors/suppliers selected for work on this project (e.g. general contractor, architect, engineers, etc.). Please take this under advisement when choosing to bid for the Owner’s Representative contract.

Additional Bidding Instructions

All proposals must be emailed in PDF format to RFP@arapahoelibraries.org no later than 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time (MT).
Proposals submitted to Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing (Bidnet) will not be considered.
Emails must state ALD Owner’s Representative – RFP 2024 in the subject line.
The vendor’s name and contact information must appear in the body of the email.
It is the vendor's responsibility to ensure their proposals are received before the deadline.
Proposals received after the posted date and time will be rejected.
