Sealed Proposals shall be accepted at the AWSD office until Thursday, June 15, 2023, 2:00 PM, and at that time shall
be read aloud. All respondents shall receive a Bid Summary via E-mail, indicating the total proposed price for the
Base Bid. AWSD reserves the right to waive any informalities in the Bid Proposal(s) and will award the project based
on their interpretations and Engineer’s recommendations.

Demolition Construction shall commence on June 22, 2023, and terminate on September 1, 2023.

Bidders may request clarification of any seeming inconsistencies or matters seeming to require explanation, in the
Bid Documents at least 24 hours prior to the time set for the opening of Bids. Any inquiries should be submitted via BidNet or directed to Jesik Consulting, Kenneth Young (719) 568-2074, E-mail: Ken@jesik.us.

Bidders shall not include taxes in their proposals.
