ITB-6428-16 - AHI/Lagerman Trail Construction Materials

Summary of Specifications:
BACKGROUND FOR PROJECT: The AHI/Lagerman trail construction project is a five mile long improved surface trail. Multiple materials including aggregate base course, recycled asphalt, boulders, riprap, topsoil, structure backfill, landscape fabric and erosion control fabric will need to be delivered to the project site at various locations during a six plus month project duration which will approximately start in May, 2016. The project site is located southeast of the City of Longmont and is bordered on the north by Nelson Road, bordered on the east by N. 75th Street, bordered on the south by Pike/Prospect Road and bordered on the west by N. 63rd Street. All deliveries need to be delivered in tandem axle trucks and quantities and type of materials will vary during the duration of the project. 

EVALUATION CRITERIA: Selection of vendor(s) will be made based principally upon price, quality and availability. The County retains the right to select more than one vendor.
