BACKGROUND FOR PROJECT The Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department is seeking proposals for the deconstruction/demolition of the three (3) remaining turkey sheds on the AHI Longmont Farm located at 8566 N. 63rd Street, Longmont, CO 80503. A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 19, 2014, 10:00 a.m. at 8566 N. 63rd Street, Longmont, CO 80503. A representative from your company must be in attendance at the meeting. Bids from firms not represented at the Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will not be accepted. All inquiries regarding this RFP shall be submitted, in writing via email, to the Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org by Tuesday, June 24, 2014, 2:00 p.m. A response from the County to all inquiries shall be sent via certified mail, fax or email to all vendors no later than Thursday, June 26, 2014, 4:30 p.m. Only questions submitted in writing and subsequently answered in writing can be relied upon.
