Summary The Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department, Agricultural Resource Management Division, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the leasing of the Alcorn Agricultural Open Space property, the Piazza Agricultural Open Space property, the James Construction Agricultural Open Space property, and the Lastoka-Harney Agricultural Open Space property.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting and property tour is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on November 25, 2014 at the Boulder County Parks and Open Space Administrative Building, 5201 St. Vrain Road, Longmont, Colorado 80503. Please allow 3 hours for the meeting and tour. A representative from your company must be in attendance at the meeting. Bids from firms/individuals not represented at the Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will not be accepted.
All inquiries regarding this document shall be submitted, in writing via email, to the Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 4:00 p.m., December 1, 2014. A response from the County to all inquires shall be sent via certified mail, fax or email to all vendors no later than 4:00 p.m. Thursday, December 4, 2014. Only questions submitted in writing, and subsequently answered in writing, can be relied upon.
Submittal Instructions: Submittals are due in the Parks and Open Space office or the email box (preferred) listed above, on or before 2:00 p.m. MST on December 10, 2014.
