Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Transportation Department, Road Maintenance Division, is accepting proposals from qualified vendors for the Remediation of Petroleum Impacted Soils at the Alaska Avenue site.
Specifications and requirements are attached.
A pre-bid meeting will be held March 8, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the site 1288 Alaska Avenue, Longmont, CO. Attendance is not mandatory. All inquiries regarding the bid document shall be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Office, at 2020 13th Street, 1st Floor, Boulder CO 80302, or emailed to purchasing@bouldercounty.org by 4:00 p.m. Friday, March 4, 2011. All response from the County to all inquiries shall be sent via email no later than Wednesday, March 9, 2011.
The RFP is due in the Purchasing office for time and date stamping by 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2011. Two (2) unbound copies of your proposal, printed double-sided, 11 point, on 50% post-consumer, recycled paper must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked as RFP # 5424-11, and delivered to the Purchasing Office at 2020 13th Street, Boulder, CO 80302. Please allow at least 2 days for delivery of USPS Priority and Express Mail. All Bids must be received and time and date stamped in the Purchasing office by the above due date and time. Sole responsibility rests with the Bidder to see that their Bid is received on time at the stated location. Any Bids received after due date and time will be returned unopened to the bidder. Faxed or Emailed Bids will not be accepted.
