ITB-6513-16 - Apple Valley Road, Park and Bridge Repair

Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Transportation Department is seeking bids for the Apple Valley Bridge & Road Project, which is re-construction of approximately 0.7 acres of a pocket park at the base of the south abutment for the Apple Valley Road Bridge, the repair of the bridge handrail, the restoration of approximately 140 feet of asphalt along Apple Valley Road, and revegetation of road embankment that was damaged in the 2013 flood. Along with the road project the County is including the repainting and finishing of the Apple Valley Road Bridge, repair of guardrail near the bridge, and crack sealing of the bridge approaches. Specifications and a sample contract with a FEMA specific addendum are attached. The successful bidder shall execute the attached addendum as part of any contract with the county, and comply with all FEMA requirements set forth in that addendum.
