RFP-6065-14 - BCHA Geotechnical Evaluation Services

Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Housing Authority (“BCHA”) is soliciting for proposals to perform geotechnical evaluation services for 13 acres of undeveloped land located at 245 N 96th St, Louisville, CO known as the Alkonis Neighborhood. BCHA may also request continued geotechnical oversight services throughout the development and construction phases of the project. 

Specifications and a sample contract are attached. Written Inquiries All inquiries regarding this RFP shall be submitted via e-mail to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 4:00 p.m. May 2, 2014. A response from the County to all inquiries shall be posted and sent via email no later than May 9, 2014. Submittal Instructions Submittals are due at the Administrative Services Front Desk or the email box (preferred) listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 16, 2014.
