Description

The Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department (BCPOS) is requesting proposals from licensed architectural firms to evaluate and document the existing building conditions of the historic Braly barn by completing architectural, structural and civil engineering on site evaluations with post evaluation narrative and drafting a complete set of construction documents for the barn’s rehabilitation. The construction document’s include, but are not limited to: architectural drawings, structural drawings, specifications, drainage and grading plans, and a site plan showing proposed construction staging areas. The project also includes services to assist the county with the completion of the permit applications and provide a construction cost estimate.

Please refer to the attached site map for location and parking (see Attachment A). A representative from your company must be in attendance at the meeting. Proposals from companies not represented at the Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will not be accepted.
