ITB-5633-12 - Cardinal Mill Construction/Rehabilitation Phase IV

Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department is accepting bids from qualified construction firms for the fourth phase of the Cardinal Mill rehabilitation. This project is partially funded with a grant from the State Historical Fund (SHF) and will meet all requirements set forth in the grant contract and receive final approval from the SHF. The project will not be considered complete until the SHF has completed its final review and approval. The purpose of this project is to continue Boulder County’s rehabilitation of Cardinal Mill by installing a new pier foundation system at the south and southwest elevations; repairing the wood frame walls, columns, stairs, floor, siding and trim; correcting drainage problems; installing 12 historically accurate windows and repairing two (2) exterior doors.
